Sticky Account Recovery

    For a PASSWORD reset, please use the Forgot Password feature on the MapleRoyals website: Forgot password?
    (Passwords are currently not able to be reset. The ability to reset passwords will be available when the new control panel is released. There should be news soon on this update.)

    For a lost USERNAME or PIN/PIC , you can start a Conversation with @Tim
    In the conversation you will need to include the following:

    1) Your character names
    2) The date of birth associated with your account
    3) The email address associated with your account
    4) Your account username

    Also add that you are missing either the account's login ID, or the PIN/PIC.

    Remember that only administrators can help with account recovery. No other staff members are able to assist with this request.
